This is how it began

Good day Family and Friends. I hope you all well and safe during this lockdown. I am speaking to you from the heart today.

Society has humbled me.

There is more than enough food in the country to feed all its hungry…So why is this not happening? It will take me forever because of the politics, corruption and the egos of some people in society….

My name is Gregory Lazarus,

• I am from LENASIA Extension 2.
• I am a Community Volunteer and Activist.
• I am the Commander of the LENASIA CPF Sector 1 Ext 2.
• I am a member of the Victim Empowerment Centre at the LENASIA Police Station.

All I want to do is make a difference in society.

Today I had to contend with a lot of emotion when trying to feed families that did not have food. I have been involved in feeding schemes for most of my life especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is disheartening when you see what is happening in our community.

We complain about our youth, what they doing and how they throwing their lives away. We see Adults unable to provide for their families turning to drugs and alcohol and we look at society differently
Today I decided to do something about this scourge that is destroying our people. Just maybe if we feed our society…maybe there will be hope. So today I am opening a foundation called “DRIVE TO FEED THE HUNGRY” starting here in LENASIA Extension 2 and growing it to where ever the ALMIGHTY wants us to go.

All I want to focus on is feed the hungry and leave the politics out of it.
I am asking YOU for your support in any way or form being groceries, vegetable, fruit, bread and whatever else you can contribute or donate towards the drive to make it a success.
